World's Best Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe!

There is no limit to the richness of content here at biologistbarlow (some would say "richness of BS")! From bats, to stoics, to diet and exercise! Many of you know I love living a keto-carnivore lifestyle... the health benefits and improvements I have made on a whole food diet has been personally astounding. I encourage everyone to look into a whole foods way of eating... it doesn't have to be carnivore at all... but you should moderate your sugar and completely eliminate vegetable oil intake. Taking out grains is likely better for 99% of humans too.

From a population perspective a huge factor in the spread of Covid19 here in the USA is due to rampant metabolic syndrome. A syndrome directly related to the standard American diet. Metabolic syndrome comes on slowly from decades of eating food not meant for humans...or at least not suited for our evolutionary dietary adaptations. Covid 19 honed in like a laser on this condition in age groups of Americans which should have been less affected by this particular corona virus.

But..... some of you ask.... what do you miss on a whole foods, extremely low carb (<20g daily) diet? I freaking miss chocolate chip cookies!!!!!

Fortunately we live in such an amazing time and world! Where even on low carb we have options to create almost any dietary delicacy. I group chocolate chip cookies in the "delicacy" category! Pizza is there too!

One thing I will warn any would be carb warriors out there though... avoid the store bought cookie, pancake, bread mixes marketed as KETO. For some reason these taste like garbage and likely have preservatives or added junk... the so called "dirty keto". And at worse they may even have the dreaded carbs! "Marketing" is a euphemism for lying most of the time!

But this recipe is very tasty for hot from the oven cookies! The base is almond flour so the texture is a bit different than what you are used to... but they are delicious! Enjoy and let me know what you think!


Pre-heat your oven to 325

Mix Dry Ingredients

1 CUP Almond Flour Fine

4 TBSP Chocolate Chips (Lilly’s Dark Choc)

2 TBSP Powdered Swerve Sweetener

1/4 Tsp Redmond Real Salt or plain table salt

1/8 Tsp Baking soda

Stir in rest of ingredients

2 TBSP Coconut oil

1 Tsp Vanilla

3 Tsp Heavy Whipping Cream


Form on cookie sheet. Cook 10-12 mins... let cool 10 minutes... ENJOY!
