Information, ideas, or rumors deliberately spread widely to help or harm a person, group, movement, institution, nation, etc. In other words literally everything fed by politicians, left and right. Everything from health lies, pandemic rumors, revolution, Russian collusion, voter fraud and racism just to list a few. A lack of critical thinking skills fuels this technique. Notice these are all emotional based with no real facts provable in a court of law.

How do you combat this disinformation and fear mongering in your daily life? Basics.

  1. Avoid the rumor mill- never watch cnn, foxnews, msnbc, or extremists on youtube as well. Stay off social media, especially twitter. I FLAT REFUSE. Do not spread negativity.

  2. Spend time in nature- look at the sky, the trees, wildlife, touch dirt...

  3. Walk outside

  4. Eat whole single ingredient foods- meat, eggs, fish, cheese, coffee, water!

  5. Sleep- minimum 7 hrs a night

  6. Electrolytes- mg, na, K

  7. Full sun and D3 supplementation

  8. Low carb intake... for sure under 50g... unless you are really, really pushing.... then maybe 60-70g. But strive for <20g daily no matter what. Stop metabolic syndrome!

  9. Lift weights

  10. Learn to procure your own food, fall in love with real self development.

  11. Strengthen family and friend ties

  12. Take an active role in your kids lives primarily by setting the example

  13. Take NO PHARMACEUTICALS. NO PRESCRIPTIONS. This will sound crazy if you watch the propaganda.

  14. Laugh and make love...often.

How do you know what is real and what is propaganda? Simple. Does the information cause fear, hate or concern? Is it divisive? OR Does it cause feelings of love, joy and gratitude?

Is a grizzly bear, bigfoot or large vehicle careening towards you? If you answer yes then feel FEAR!

Otherwise use information which provides the opposite response and dismiss the fear mongering. Practice and recall the message-

"God did not grant me a spirit of FEAR, but of love, power and sound mind. " That is real and not propaganda.

Look to the wise ones, hint (not all are in the bible). Read, learn and dwell on the guidance they provide it is always centered around love and tends to lead to massive gratitude. The stoics, the true leaders, the lovers, the ones who thrive in adversity... look for them, they always shine. They are based in love, not egotism, division or hate.

It's really that simple.
