Jumping rope is a great workout you can do anywhere and no gym is required. In fact no gym is the best place to do jump rope! Today I want to share an easy circuit workout you can do to warm up, cool down or simply if you are short on time and need a 6 minute workout!
For this circuit I alternated between a heavy 1lb rope and a 1/4 lb rope. I mixed in some different footwork too, but thats not important. What is important is to move for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds! It is a very simple workout! I use Interval Timer app on iphone, just do a quick search and you will find tons of timer apps for your platform.
You can take this same circuit and modify it with all sorts of exercises, movements or whatever. The key is get moving and enjoy!
